I THINK STRESS IS A WAY TO EXPULSE AND GET RID OF MANY EMOTIONS TOGETHER, SOME PEOPLE DON´T KNOW HOW TO REACT TO THAT AND SOMETIMES GET OUT OF CONTROL, THIS CAN BE GOOD FOR YOU TO MOTIVATE TO DO THINGS AND DO THEM RIGHT, GET THEM DONE, BUT SOMETIMES IF YOU DON´T KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THEM OR YOU ARE NOT PACIENT IT CAN CAUSE YOU SECOND EFFECTS AND SYNTOMS SUCH AS: RAPID HEART-BEATS, FAST RESPIRATION, SWETING, SIZZINEZZ, SHAKING, ALSO LOOSE STOOLS, FREQUENT URINATION, DRY MOUTH, SWALLOWING PROBLEMS, ECT.
THIS CAN ALSO AFFECT YOUR ALIMENTATION BEACUSE WHEN YOU ARE STRESSED YOU MENT NOT TO EAT WHAT YOU SHOULD OR WHAT YOU ARE USED TO EAT, AND THAT IS BECAUSE YOU AREN´T PAYING ATTENTION TO MANY THINGS THAT ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN STRESSING, PEOPLE JUST WORRY AND KEEP ON WORRYING ABOUT WORK AND THINGS THEY NEED TO DO, AND NEVER CARE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH. THAT´S WHY WE SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD ALIMENTATION AND BALANCED, BE CALM ALWAYS AND DON´T OVER REACT TO STUFF THAT LOOK WORST THAN THEY REALLY ARE.
