ELBA ESTHER GORDILLO

 

The former leader of the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE), Elba Esther Gordillo, filed an injunction against his detention and to not remain incommunicado or ill-treated.

The lawsuit was filed guarantees in court Amparo District 4 in Criminal Matters in the Federal District, under case number 188/2013, where he was granted a suspension of plane by Judge Francisco Sarabia Ascencio.

Gordillo said he was arrested at the airport in Toluca, because "he had announced he was going to have a conference." The SNTE has today called for a meeting in the city of Guadalajara.

 
IN MY OPINION I THINK SHE DESERVES TO BE IN JAIL AFTER ALL THIS YEARS SHE HAS BEEN STEALING OUR MONEY, MANY TEACHERS AND I THINK MOST OF THE MEXICAN POPULATION THINKS SHE IS A SYNONYM OF CORRUPTION, EVENTHOUGH SHE WANTS TO BE THE VICTIM ALWAYS, AND NOW THAT SHE´S IN JAIL SHE SAYS SHE FAINTS AND THAT SHE IS SICK AND STUFF, THAT´S ALL A LIE JUST TO GET OUT OF THERE, BUT TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT TO LIGHT AND THAT´S WHAT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.

THE REPUBLIC OF BURUNDI IS ONE OF THE POOREST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD, THIS COUNTRY ID ON THE LIST OF THE MOST LAWLESS COUNTRIES BECAUSE OF THE NEED OF MONEY, FOOD, CLOTHES AND SHELTER, PEOPLE FIGHT AND ADDING THE CONSTANT TRIBAL WARS FOR MEDICATION, THERE ARE LOTS OF TRANSMITTABLE DISEASES SUCH AS HIV/AIDS, AND THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND CURES BUT ALL THEY DO IS LITERALY FIGHT FOT THEM.

ANOTHER COUNTRY IS SUDAN, WHICH IS IN VERY BAD CONDITIONS NOW, BECAUSE OF DAFUR´S WAR. DAFUR IS A REGION IN WESTERN SUDAN WHERE IT HAS BEEN CREATED A DEVASTATING CIVIL WAR, WHERE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF INOSENT PEOPLE ARE BEING DRAMATICALY KILLED, AND REBELS ARE MAKING IT WORST DAY BY DAY, RAPING STEALING, BOMBING, KILLING AND ATTACKING VILLAGES.

HAITI IS CONSIDERED THE POOREST COUNTRY IN WESTERN HEMISPHERE, THIS COUNTRY IS ALSO FULL OF EARTHQUAKES, AND IT´S NOT ONLY COVERED WITH DRUG DEALING AND CORRUPTION BUT ALSO IT´S POVERTY, IT IS STATED THAT 7 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE IN HAITI LIVE WITH $2 DOLLARS A DAY. AUTHORITIES AND THE HAITIAN MILLITARIES ARE THE ONES IN CHARGE OF THE COUNTRY ALLEGEDLY BUT THEY ARE THE MOST CORRUPT ONES AND THE ONES IN CHARGE OF DRUG DEALING LABOR.

IN THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN ALSO KNOWN AS "HEVEN OF TERRORISTS" OR "MOST ACTIVE SPONSOR OF TERRORISM", IT IS RANKED AS THE LARGEST ARMED FORCES IN THE WORLD, THE MAJOR FACTORS OF THIS COUNTRIE´S PROBLEMS ARE CORRUPTION, ILLITERACY, POVERTY AND OF COURSE TERRORISM; WITHOUT COUNTING FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION, FORCED AND CHILD MARRIAGE, PUNISHMENT BY STONING OR PHYSICAL MUTILATION, FEMALE FETICIDE AND ACID ATTACKS.

NEXT COUNTRY IS IRAK, UNDER THE CONTROL OF SUDDAN HUSSEIN FROM 1979 TO 2003, IRAC WAS IN A TIME OF HELL WITH MASSIVE KILLINGS, BRUTAL KILLINGS, POLITICAL CORRUPTION AND INVASIONS IN ORDER TO GAIN POWER.

COLOMBIA IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF LAWLESS COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD, IT´S ALSO KNOWN AS THE "DRUG CAPITAL", ESPECIALY BEACUSE OF THE NEVER END CIVIL WAR SINCE 1964; IT´S BETWEEN THREE PARTIES WHICH ARE, THE COLOMBIAN GOVERNMENT WHICH CLAIM TO PROTECT HUMAN RIGHTS, THE GUERRILLAS WHICH CLAIM TOPROTECT THE CITIZENS FROM GOVERNMENT´S CRUELTY, AND THE PARAMILLITARY FORCES CLAIM THAT THEY WANT TO PROTECT THE CITIZENS FROM GUERRILLAS SO IS THE STORY THAT NEVER ENDS.

ALMOST AT THE END OF THE LIST WE HAVE THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, THE MAIN REASON THET THIS COUNTRY IS ON THIS LIST IS BEACUSE OF THE SECOND CONGO WAR WHICH HAS KILLED APROX 5.4 MILLION PEOPLE. AND THE SENCOND REASON IS THE SEXUAL VIOLENCE THAT ATTACKS THIS COUNTRY.

SOMALIA IS ALSO CLASSIFIED AS A LAWLESS COUNTRY IS BECAUSE THIS COUNTRY IS THE WORST PLACE FOR A WOMEN TO LIVE IN, IT´S THE MOST VIOLENT AND FULL OF POVERTY, RAPES, MURDER, KIDNAPPINGS AND GENITAL MUTILATION FOR WOMEN BETTWEEN GIRLS FROM 4 TO 11 YEARS OLD. AND THE SITUATION IS GETING WORST EVERY DAY.

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST AFGHANISTAN IS CONSIDERED AS THE MOST DANGEROUS COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, IT´S KNOWN  TO BE ON THE TOP IN SECTORS LIKE ECONOMIC DISCRIMINATION,  DETERIORATION IN HEALTH RATE,ILLITERATE,  ETC.. THE MAIN REASON OF CHAOS IN THE COUNTRY IT´S BECAUSE OF THE MILLITANT MOVEMENTS LIKE TALIBA WHO IS RULING AFGHANISTAN.
