I THINK STRESS IS A WAY TO EXPULSE AND GET RID OF MANY EMOTIONS TOGETHER, SOME PEOPLE DON´T KNOW HOW TO REACT TO THAT AND SOMETIMES GET OUT OF CONTROL, THIS CAN BE GOOD FOR YOU TO MOTIVATE TO DO THINGS AND DO THEM RIGHT, GET THEM DONE, BUT SOMETIMES IF YOU DON´T KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THEM OR YOU ARE NOT PACIENT IT CAN CAUSE YOU SECOND EFFECTS AND SYNTOMS SUCH AS: RAPID HEART-BEATS, FAST RESPIRATION, SWETING, SIZZINEZZ, SHAKING, ALSO  LOOSE STOOLS, FREQUENT URINATION, DRY MOUTH, SWALLOWING PROBLEMS, ECT.

FIRST OF ALL THIS CONFERENCE WAS A HUGE SUCCESS ABOUT A LADY NAMED ADRIANA, THAT DOESN´T HAVE HANDS AND DOES EVERYTHING WITH HER FEET, AFTER A  DEPRESING AND BAD SITUATION CAME TO HER LIFE BY THE FACT THAT HER FIANCE ASKED HIS WEDDING RING BACK. AFTER SOMETHING LIKE THAT I GUESS I WOULD BE VERY UPSET FOR A LONG TIME, BUT SOMETHING I LEARNED FROM HER WAS TO BE ALWAYS OPTIMISTIC AND SEE THE BRIGHT SIDE OF EVERY DARK MOMENT, OBVIOUSLY SHE WAS SAD FOR A WILE, BUT SHE GOT OVER IT AND UNDERSTOOD HE WASN´T THE RIGHT PERSON FOR HER.

A COUPLE HAS TO BE EQUAL AND THEY HAVE TO TREAT EACH OTHER AS THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED, DON´T JUDGE AND LET THEM BE, ACCEPT THEM AS THEY ARE WITH THEIR PRIVILEGES AND DEFECTS, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT IS TO LOVE AND RESPECT EACH OTHER. SOMETHING THAT HAS TO BE DONE BEFORE HAVING OR THINKING OF A RELATIONSHIP, AND WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO BEFORE SPECTING THINGS FROM OTHERS IS ALWAYS PUTTING YOU FIRST OF ALL, TAKING CARE OF YOU, RESPECTING AND LOVING YOURSELF ABOVE ALL.

THERE ARE ALSO TYPES OF RELATIONSHIPS WHICH DESCRIBE MOST OF THE TEEN COUPLES OF NOW A DAYS, ONE OF THEM IS THE ONE THAT ONE WANTS TO CHANGE THE OTHER AND DOESN´T LET HIM/HER BE, ACTING MORE AS PARENT THAN AS A COUPLE; OTHER TYPE IS THE ONE THAT CAN´T HAVE A SERIOUS OR NICE TALK, EVERYTHING IS FIGHT AND FIGHT, THATS CALLED A JAIL RELATIONSHIP; ANOTHER ONE IS WHEN ONE OF THEM THINKS OR WANTS PEOPLE TO THINK THAT THEY CANT LIVE WITHOUT THE OTHER, THEY ALWAYS WANT TO BE WITH EACHOTHER OR ONE MORE THAN THE OTHER, SOMETIMES EVEN THREATENING THE OTHER JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO HAVE THEIR COUPLE FOR THEMSELVES, AND THIS REALTIONSHIPS ARE NOT REAL RELATIONSHIPS, THIS ARE PAINFULL AND UNHEALTHY OBSETIONS.

WE HAVE TO FIRST OF ALL LOVE OURSELVES AND THEN LOVE OTHERS, DON´T BE MEAN TO YOUR COUPLE, HAVE A REAL RELATIONSHIP AND ENJOY IT, HAVE FUN, AND BE HAPPY, AND MAKE YOUR COUPLE HAPPY, THINK RESPONSABLY AND BE RESPECTFUL; WITH THIS YOU WILL HAVE THE PREFECT RELATIONSHIP.

New cabinet is disclosed in Jalisco

With two hours of delay the next cabinet Jalisco state government was finally presented from 2013 to 2018. Only 4 women are part of the team of the next government of Aristotle Sandoval Díaz.

The team will be in place from tomorrow is formed which consists of some men of confidence next governor. It was presented by the next Secretary General of Government, Arturo Zamora.

Other appointments were Jaime Agustin Gonzalez as Health Secretary Eduardo Almaguer, as Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare; Mauritius Gudiño in Mobility Department, also Francisco Ayon as Secretary of Education. The former mayor of Zapopan, Hector Vielma advisors will coordinate Aristotle Sandoval.

Earlier on Twitter, Governor-elect Sandoval Aristotle announced that Jorge Reyes Robles would be in charge of the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology.

Arturo Zamora stressed that those elected are compometidas to work with loyalty, efficiency and transparency to deliver results. He said that within hours the transformation begin in Jalisco.

opinion:

 In my opinion the new cabinet will be honest, efficent and responsable, or that´s just what they say and what they expect from the new cabinet workers, all that people that has given authority and is already parto of the new cabinet now has the obligation of guideing people and helping the government well, i hope this was for a good reason and to not mess everything up like the government has been doing it since long ago.

ELBA ESTHER GORDILLO

 

The former leader of the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE), Elba Esther Gordillo, filed an injunction against his detention and to not remain incommunicado or ill-treated.

The lawsuit was filed guarantees in court Amparo District 4 in Criminal Matters in the Federal District, under case number 188/2013, where he was granted a suspension of plane by Judge Francisco Sarabia Ascencio.

IN MY OPINION I THINK SHE DESERVES TO BE IN JAIL AFTER ALL THIS YEARS SHE HAS BEEN STEALING OUR MONEY, MANY TEACHERS AND I THINK MOST OF THE MEXICAN POPULATION THINKS SHE IS A SYNONYM OF CORRUPTION, EVENTHOUGH SHE WANTS TO BE THE VICTIM ALWAYS, AND NOW THAT SHE´S IN JAIL SHE SAYS SHE FAINTS AND THAT SHE IS SICK AND STUFF, THAT´S ALL A LIE JUST TO GET OUT OF THERE, BUT TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT TO LIGHT AND THAT´S WHAT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.
